While many of the artists come from small traditional communities, their music appeals to diverse audiences both in and outside those communities. This episode will be co-produced with Carr Sappier, a filmmaker from New Brunswick’s Tobique First Nation who is a Graduate of Simond Frasier University’s Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Native Studies, and a recipient of Telefilm’s 2018 Talent to Watch Program.
